Bio:

A mysterious beautiful girl in her 20's, Kira Hodder was also a dangerous manhunter with a pendent for bladed objects, especially knifes. Her skills in killing and fighting seemed to catch the attention of the Black Dragon. So they recruited Kira, seeing great potential in her, Kano tasked her to watch from the shadows the upcoming Mortal Kombat Tournament. She agreed, only to come out when needed, how she wanted to taste the thrill of combat.

Normal Costume:

Her "Mortal Kombat: Deception/MK2011" Alternative costume, only more detailed and has the Black Dragon symbol tattooed on his lower back many other tattoos on her upper body and one on her left leg, only her hair is black/red.

Alternative Costume:

A goth schoolgirl look with a black/red blouse, black/red plaid, fishnet sleeves and stocking, red latex knee-high high heel boots, her hair tied up in pigtails, same hair color as Normal, same tattoos as before too.

Throws

Forward Throw: Kira grabs onto the opponent, seductively wrapping her legs around them before stabbing their stomach and kicking their legs out under them.
Backwards Throw: Kira grabs onto the opponent, seductively wrapping her legs around them before stabbing their stomach, then slashing them, going behind them and kicking them away.

Special Moves:

Black Dragon Ball: Kira hurls herself forward as a ball which knocks her opponent down. (Enhanced Version is called "Kira Ball" Kira will spin in the air with her knifes in hand, momentarily and charging it a bit before launching at the opponent, hitting them several times. It's unblockable, but it doesn't do as much damage as Kano's.)
Black Dragon Upwards Ball: Kira aims her Ball upwards to an aerial opponent. (Enhanced Version is called "Uprise Kira Ball" Kira will do a Black Dragon Upwards Ball except with she has her knifes in hand and she will roll downwards after getting to a certain height.)
Blew A Deadly Kiss: Kira blows forward a red powder, similar to Sonya's, temporary blinding her opponent and making them cough, allowing for a free hit or combo. (Enhanced Version is called "Blowing A Deadly Kiss", Kira blows forward a huge red mist instead of powder, also making the opponent cough up blood.)
Night Shade Shot: Kira crouches down and releases a redish projectile forward. (Enhanced Version is called "Night Shade Blast", she releases two red projectiles from both hands at the same time.)
Knife Spin: Kira spins both of her knives around her body up and down, knocking the opponent up into the air if it connects. (Enhanced Version is called "Knife Carnival", after the first hits, she spins around slashing the opponent.)

X-Ray Move:

Knifes-A-Go-Go: Kira runs and spins towards the opponent and slices her opponent twice across the stomach, then she slashes their neck, severing their vocal cords and causing blood to squirt out around, then she shanks the opponent in the chest, piercing their lungs and breaking their ribs before kicking them away.

Fatalities:

Bad Girl Gone Badder: Smirking, Kira struts over to the opponent and embraces them before suddenly stabbing them with her knife she then slashes the knife up their stomach, right up to their face, slicing them open, organs falling out, then she kicks them down, licking her blade, laughing.
At Least It Isn't Rotating: Laughing, Kira takes out her knifes, then kicks them back before throwing the knifes at the opponents chest before struting over to the opponent and rips out one of the knifes before slicing at their neck, slitting it, making them fall to the ground dead, Kira laughing.

Voice Actor:

Babality:

Kira plays around with a teddy bear, seeming bored before taking out a baby sized knife and stabbing it, laughing.

Battle Intro:

Kira struts up to the battlefield, spinning a knife in hand, licking it, says "Ohhh... Can't wait to play..."

Win pose:

Kira laughs and lies down, posing and takes out her knife, spinning it before tucking it into a knife sleeve on her top, says "Ah god... What a rush..."

Ending:

In the battle against Shao Khan, called up for her disrespecting him, a blow to her head during it triggered a delayed suppressed memory of her's. She was a orphan, her father walking out on her mom when she was only three, then her mom dying in a car crash, but then the identity of her father shook her to her very core. She turned around and looked straight her father... Kano. She approached him and demanded why he left her mother and herself. Kano told her the only reason he left was that it was a one night stand, he knew she was his daughter when her mom told him, but he didn't want his life in the Black Dragon to affect her. But seeing how loyal she was and how much she reminds him of himself, he offered her a position in the Black Dragon high up. But she shook her head, she couldn't forgive him and told him she wasn't his daughter and never will before walking away.
