Professor Zoom
Voiced By: John C. McGinley
Classification: Gadget Character (Without explosives)
Biography: The second Reverse-Flash, Professor Zoom is the arch-nemesis to Barry Allen. Born in the 25th Century, he is a time-traveler who attempts to destroy everything the Flash holds dear through murder and deceit through the use of the Negative Speed Force.
Intro: A yellow blur runs through all around the globe before Professor Zoom seems to run from the opposite side of the arena, stopping as he looks at the opponent, grinning evily, saying "It changes, it all changes...", ready to fight.
Post-Round Taunt: Runs around the arena once superfast, saying "This is only the beginning..." or "Time stops, for you."
Outro: Professor Zoom laughs as he runs super fast around the opponent, seeming to punch them multiple times before a neck snap is heard, the opponent falling over dead as Professor Zoom stops to laugh at what he just did before running off.
Special Moves:
Negative Phasing: Zoom vibrates himself fast enough in place, enough that a projectile can go through him, not hurting him. (Meter Burn: After the projectile passes through, Zoom does a quick dash punch, knocking the opponent back.)
Negative Knockdown: Zoom runs towards the opponent, clotheslining the opponent before elbowing them to the ground. (Meter Burn: Instead of elbowing them to the ground, Zoom scissor kicks them in the air for a free hit or combo.)
Zooming Kick: Zoom runs and does a sliding kick to the opponent, knocking them back. (Meter Burn: After the first hit, Zoom quickly runs back and appears behind the opponent, doing another slide kick to their back to the ground.)
Zooming Twister: Zoom runs around the opponent multiple times quickly, enough to form a mini tornado that lifts them in the air for a free hit or combo.
Negative Kneestrike: Zoom jumps into the air, kneeing the opponent into the air. (Meter Burn: After keeing the opponent into the air, he grabs and roll throws the opponent in the air.)
Negative Man Stance: Zoom kneels back a bit, to which it can proceed with a Negative Knockdown, a Zooming Kick or a Negative Kneestrike.
Zooming Air Throw: Zoom can grab and air roll throw the opponent in the air.
Throw:
Forward: Grabs the opponent, kneeing them in the chest before quickly runs back and appears behind the opponent and doing a german suplex to them.
Back: Grabs the opponent, kneeing them in the chest before quickly runs back and appears behind the opponent and delivering a reverse DDT to them.
Character Trait:
Travel Back: Professor Zoom can go back 4 seconds in time during the match, regaining whatever amount of health he lost in that time and get another chance to bypass whatever attack he was hit with. It has to recharge after each time it's used or else Zoom will daze himself, leaving him open for a attack.
Super Move:
Flashpoint: Zoom rushes the opponent and elbows the opponent in the face, stunning them enough to grab and drag them through multiple points in time where they're hurt by objects like gunfire from the Civil War, a sword slash from the Middle Ages and a tail whip from a T-Rex from Prehistoric Times before returning to current day.
Ending: Giving the nuke to the Joker, letting Metropolis fall and the resulting Regime and Insurgency forming was all Professor Zoom's plan to make The Flash's life a living hell. But killing him only made things worse for Zoom, forcing him to a universe without any of his powers, but he was also in the violent hands of the Crime Syndicate of America, including their own Reverse-Flash, Barry Allen...

Seems Netherelm Studios had a similar idea when they were coming up with a new supermove for The Flash in Injustice 2, it's pretty crazy awesome actually.
